What's the best jass preprocessor? pjass or zoxc jassparser?

The title say it all.  I'm wondering this because this post: https://wc3modding.info/5035/wc3jass-news-1/msg38629/#msg38629

And I have a problem to test it: the latest version of zoxc's parser file is corrupted. So... no way to test it by myself.

How can I compile the source?

Just saying it's not a jass preprocessor, but a jass parser.
vJass and cJass are jass preprocessor (but cJass is in fact a vJass preprocessor).

So you've still no valid version of zoxc's parser ?
